It is true that all adults have been in the shoes of a middle school student age wise but teachers and administrators look at kids through the eyes of an adult with a lot more maturity and wisdom than the students they teach. The problem we have is that we have that maturity and wisdom and they hopefully will acquire enough of it while we are teaching them so we can show them a full measure of their potential.
