When Waterford Enrichment Coordinator Betsy Grossnickle forms teams by connecting parents with willing children, it is often hard work and occasionally a sales job to form teams. But Grossnickle's influence has one team helping her recruit future DI students and parents to form teams. This team from Pierce Middle in Waterford hopes to build future dreamers and doers who use their imagination and creativity and this turns parents from instead of doing their children's projects to being amazed at what their children can think of.
